About the Happy Ocean Tai Chi Program



Applying his more than 40 years of study in the martial arts, Master Yeung has combined his extensive knowledge into a comprehensive, easy to understand exercise system. His system of teaching is unique because he shows his students how Tai Chi builds on 12 circular movements and 13 components. It is based on what he has found to be most effective over the years that he has been studying, practicing and teaching Tai Chi. Chi Kung exercises round out the system for maximum health benefits. The Happy Ocean Tai Chi program encompasses breathing techniques, balance, understanding Yin Yan, forms for practice, equipment for strengthening and improving skills, and using everyday, common objects as weapons for self defense.
